- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a procedure done there 2 months ago, all good. Asked to pay so I did. A month later got a letter telling me to urgently pay and if i did by bank transfer i needed to advise them. (which they didn't tell me i needed to do). Since then i have called everyday to be answered by a automatic voicemail telling me they are busy or closed with no mention of date they are opened. To this day i am trying to contact them only to be met with automatic voicemail. If you're going to be closed for the holidays? at least mention which date you will be back. No email to contact, only a phone call to call, Frustrating to deal with. Needs better communication, states that the place is open today on google 9-5 but is actually closed because i have been met with automatic voicemail over and over again. PLEASE I just want this sorted!! Would not recommend due to the pain of the service. It's actually more painful then the procedure I had.Tuan NJanuary 11, 2017
